Director of Quality Assurance

Dana Gomez is a goal-oriented and highly motivated Certified Athletic Trainer with ten years of Industrial Sports Medicine injury prevention experience. She holds two Bachelors Degrees, one in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training, the other in Health Fitness, both from Central Michigan University. She earned her Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management in 2005 from the University of Phoenix.

John Bray
Director of Musculoskeletal Alignment System

John’s professional sports medicine career has expanded over 25 years down a variety of avenues including the NFL’s Green Bay Packers and the pharmaceutical industry including Parke-Davis/Warner Lambert and Pfizer. John treasures his NFL’s experiences with the Packers where he initially was exposed to manual therapy by Dominic Gentile, Head Athletic Trainer. His desire to learn and successfully apply manual therapy has lead to his present day chosen specialty.

Jim Flood, ATC, CEAS
Director of Occupational Athletic Training Development

Jim graduated from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Health Education/Fitness Management with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. Following graduation, Jim worked in various settings of Sports Medicine, but primarily in the Industrial setting. Jim began his career working with a major automotive facility in Saginaw, Michigan managing their rehabilitation and fitness center for over 10 years.

Jim Rich, MD, a respected internist who has been practicing in the Harrisburg area for over thirty years, is renowned for specializing in multi-system disease. After graduating from the University of Bologna (Italy) in 1975, Dr. Rich started his residency in Internal Medicine at Harrisburg Hospital (Pinnacle Health). He then entered private practice and became board certified in Internal Medicine.

James Fast ATC, NSCA – CPT
Director of Functional Fitness

James Fast has been a Certified Athletic Trainer for 15 years through the National Athletic Trainers Association and a Certified Personal Trainer for 13 years through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He has worked with active individuals ranging from youth to adult in many settings all of his adult life.  Jim began his health and wellness and human performance journey by serving his country in the United States Marine Corp.  During these four years, he provided security for our Nuclear Naval Submarine Base and was then deployed to the Middle East to help protect the world during Desert Shield/Storm in 1990-1991.
