The purpose of the Occupational Athletic™ System (OAS) is to enhance the existing health and safety practices of your company. The OAS is designed to train and treat employees as if they were professional athletes and is extremely proactive in preventing workplace injuries, accidents and illnesses.
Utilizing the concept of aging and athletics from the popular Gameplan For Aging, Your Four Quarters of Life, Occupational Athletics’ behavior – based systems and products have the capability to touch every employee (unlike traditional wellness programs that often influence a few), creating a true morale-boosting athletic atmosphere in your business where the employees (your players) want to improve their health and well-being.
